what services do you offer?
We provide mobile exercise physiology services tailored to individual needs, including rehabilitation, chronic disease management, strength and conditioning, and mobility improvement. Our services are available for NDIS, My Aged Care, private clients, DVA, and Enhanced Primary Care (EPC) plans.
how do I know of i am eligible for your services?
  • Eligibility depends on your funding or referral:

  • NDIS: Check your plan for allied health or exercise physiology funding.
  • My Aged Care: Confirm with your case manager if exercise physiology is included.
  • DVA: Eligible veterans with a Gold or White Card can access services.
  • EPC: A GP referral under a Chronic Disease Management Plan is required.
  • Private: No referral needed; contact us to discuss your goals.
what is a mobile exercise physiology service?
Our mobile service means we come to you! We deliver personalised exercise programs at your home, workplace, or a suitable community location, ensuring convenience and comfort.
what can i expect during a session?
  • Sessions typically include:

  • An initial assessment to understand your health, goals, and needs.
  • A customized exercise program designed by a qualified exercise physiologist.
  • Ongoing support, progress tracking, and adjustments to your program.
  • Education on managing your condition or improving overall health.
who can access your services?
  • We cater to a wide range of clients, including:
  • NDIS participants with approved funding for exercise physiology.
  • My Aged Care clients seeking to improve mobility and independence. Private clients looking for personalised exercise programs.
  • DVA (Department of Veterans’ Affairs) cardholders.
  • EPC plan holders referred by their GP for chronic condition management.
How long are the sessions, and how many will I need?
Session lengths vary (usually 30–60 minutes) based on your needs and funding plan. The number of sessions depends on your goals, condition, and funding approval. We’ll discuss this during your initial consultation.
